设计保留了“客家元素”并强化为基地“时光轴”，使得“时间”在现在与过去取得关联；展厅室内桁架在满足展墙功能需求的同时，尽可能暴露，成为空间的重心，让结构的真实性得以体验。在这里融合“新”与“旧”，“人文“与”自然”，它们之间的对话使得场所的秩序重建，内涵更加丰富。
The design retains the "Hakka elements" and strengthens it as the base "time axis", so that "time" is related to the past and the present; The indoor truss not only meets the functional requirements of the exhibition wall, but also exposes as much as possible, becoming the visual center of the space, so that the authenticity of the structure can be experienced. Here, "new" and "old", "humanity" and "natural" are merged, and the exchange and chemistry between them reconstruct the order of the site which make it more meaningful.”
