这个小建筑计划作为业主单位的企业总部以及一个展示高端石材产品的私人博物馆。建筑方案从一个非常简单规则的平面方案开始考虑，这是为了满足业主对高效办公空间的需要。通过一些简单的斜切处理，正方体的建筑体型被打造成一个形似岩石的雕塑性体块，以此展现这个建筑的特点。从不同的角度观察，这个建筑体量能够呈现多样的形态。建筑外表皮由大面积的花岗岩石材幕墙、晶莹的玻璃和一系列精心布置的三角形开窗组成，力图打造一种粗犷和细腻、简约和繁复的平衡。
This building is projected to be the headquarter office for our client and also a private museum displaying high-end stone products. The scheme started with a regular plan to fulfill the needs for efficient office spaces. With a few bevel cuts, the cube mass has been shaped into a rock-like sculpture confirming the characteristic of this building. This building mass presents various appearances viewing from different angles. The exterior skin consists of lager granite curtain walls, sparkling clear glass and a number of triangular windows elaborately patterning the wall, establishing the balance between rough and smooth, between the minimal and the decorative.
